More, Faster
After a long couple days in SJ, it feels good to back in San Francisco.
I got up early this morning, cleaned most of the house; bought strawberries, zucchini and chard at the farmers market; went to the gym in the Marina; came home and made dinner; went ice skating on the Embarcadero with Ash, Diego and Elise; shopped for a coat at Macy's; came home and watched some TV with St. F; and am just about to go to bed after catching up on three days of blog posts.
But somehow it doesn't feel like I had a very busy day, like I did all that much. There must be a disease that infects my life in San Francisco and it is this: I want to do more, faster. I want to take on this whole city at once.
Today was a good day. As Thanksgiving fades away, I'm reminded that I should be thankful for days like these. And maybe even, to slow down.
